Minimum 3-5 years of IT Recruiting experience in Domestic Staffing Industry.

Expertise in the creation and use of Boolean search strings.
Proficient in using job portals and social networking sites.
Excellent knowledge of Job portal searches.
Excellent Knowledge of Multiple IT Skills.
Good command of verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Exposure to in-house recruitment is highly desired.
Handling End-to-End Recruitment ( Preferably Strong in C2H / Contract Hiring ) processes.
Sourcing profiles through various channels like job portals and social networks.
Sourcing & Screening profiles, short-listing the candidates in preliminary rounds.
Scheduling interviews, a follow-up to get feedback, negotiating the salary.
Managing resumes and updating the database.
Confident in interactions with individuals of all background and skill level.
Confident in negotiating rates and compensation packages.
